Intent

At Christ the King children of all ages will have enjoyment and curiosity through the use of a mastery approach to help learners meet their needs. Our ambitious maths curriculum provides Quality First Teaching at the heart of every lesson. Children will be fluent with the fundementals of maths, reason mathematically, have the ability to solve problems and apply this knowledge across the curriculum, in real life contexts and as they progress to their next stage of learning in school and the wider world.

Everyone Can do Maths!’

Last term, we held a "Times tables rock" day!! It was a huge success and got us all excited to practise our times tables at home. Keep your eyes peeled for our top secret special Maths day planned for the Spring Term 2025!!
