Weekly Snack arrangements
In order to maintain social distancing, keep pupils in their class bubbles and keep to a cashless office we are planning to provide the KS2 students the option of pre-ordering a pre-paid snack for break time.
For this service to be operationally feasible and for the children to receive their snack all orders and payment must be made by 12.00pm on Thursday of each week for the following week.
Snacks can be ordered for one or more days of the week and can be ordered for several weeks at a time.
The order form for their requirements will be emailed to you and is available on the school website under school lunches.
How to pay;
Payments must be made in advance by the deadline to enable them to enjoy their snack.
The deadline for the payment is 12pm Thursday for the following week.

If a snack is pre-ordered and the pupil is absent from school their accounts will be credited for another day.
