Exquisite English Lessons

Let's find out what our classes have been learning in their English lessons.
In Robins Class, they have been reading 'Toys in Space' by Mini Grey. They have been writing exclamation sentences and using different suffixes.

In Woodpeckers Class, they are reading 'The Last Wolf' by Mini Grey and have been exploring what Little Red Riding Hood would need to catch the big bad wolf. 

In Owls class we have been reading 'Where the Forest Meets the Sea' by Jenni Baker. We have been creating a packing list for all the things we would take on an adventure to the Amazon Rainforest. We then labelled these objects with packing labels and used possessive apostrophes. 

Lastly, in Eagles Class, they have been reading a book called 'The Day the War Came' by Nicola Davies.
